• Comments & interactions: comments you leave on tours, likes, favorites, and reports you submit.
• Support messages: name, email, subject, and message text you send through our support form.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data: tours you start, complete, download, and interact with (used to compute creator statistics and personalize your experience).
• Device & log data: IP address, device type, operating system, and app version, collected via standard server logs.
• Location data: approximate location may be used while navigating a tour (to show your position on the map). We do not store precise location history on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
• To display your published tours, profile, and creator statistics to other users.
• To personalize your experience (recommended tours, language preferences).
• To track tour completions and calculate creator earnings.
• To respond to support requests.

Support ticket records are retained for up to 12 months for quality-assurance purposes.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including bcrypt password hashing, HTTPS-only communication, and access controls. No system is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
